A few useful details

Before we get started.

Who is this service for?

Screen print shops, embroidery shops, hat and uniform shops, and other makers who already serve customers. You can offer an engraved option alongside your current work without buying a laser or learning another production process. You handle the customer relationship and product sales. T6 handles the agreed engraving work.

Can I quote tumblers, journals, or portfolios?

Yes. Send the product or supplier link, material, quantity, artwork, and engraving size. We review compatibility, setup, pricing, and minimums for the specific batch. The standard rate table on this page applies to matching, precut leatherette patches.

Can I combine different patches to meet the minimum?

The minimum is 24 matching patches per design, material, and size. Different logos, materials, or sizes are separate configurations. Send the full batch details so we can quote each one clearly.

What do you need to approve my material?

Send the supplier link or exact product information before dropping anything off. The patch, coating, backing, and any adhesive must all be confirmed suitable for laser engraving and free of PVC. Unknown materials cannot be accepted. For a new material, include three matching spare patches for testing, in addition to your order quantity.

What artwork should I send?

A clean vector logo in SVG, AI, or vector PDF format is preferred, with text converted to outlines. Include the final engraving size and placement. If you only have a photo or a low resolution image, send it for review. Artwork cleanup, solid fills, multiple passes, and variable names need a separate quote.

How do repeat orders work?

Reference your previous batch and approved logo, then confirm the product, material, quantity, engraving size, and placement. We review any changes and confirm the new quote and schedule. For an unchanged, approved leatherette patch configuration, the policy has no additional artwork setup fee.

Will a repeat patch batch need another setup fee?

The $25 setup fee applies to each new logo or configuration. An unchanged, previously approved repeat has no additional artwork setup fee. We will confirm the saved artwork, material, size, and placement before quoting the repeat. A new fixture or changed configuration needs review.

How soon can my batch be ready?

Send your requested date with the batch details. Scheduling is confirmed after the material, artwork, quantity, and test results have been reviewed. A requested date is not a guaranteed turnaround.
