Before the holiday rush.
Can I mix ornament designs and save?
Yes. Build your gift list to combine eligible $15 and $20 standard ornaments, including existing name-personalized designs. Two eligible ornaments save 5%; three or more save 10%, automatically in one order. Fully custom $25 and $30 ornaments are excluded and do not count toward the offer. Shipping is separate, and quantity savings cannot be combined with other discounts.
Will my ornament look exactly like the photo?
Each ornament is made from natural wood. Grain, color, knots, and engraving tone vary from piece to piece. Ribbon color and style may vary with availability. Photos show examples; your ornament may look slightly different.
Can I create a fully custom ornament?
Yes. Choose a 4-inch double-layer custom name ornament for $30 each, with a mocha or red back. Use your own name, family name, or mascot wording in the style of our Papa and Mom ornaments. Fully custom pet or memorial line-art ornaments are $25 each. Share names, quotes, years, the theme or scene, and pet breed at checkout. The pictured personalized pet and lantern designs are $20 each with optional name personalization.
Can fully custom ornaments be refunded?
All sales are final, including custom and personalized orders. No returns or refunds for a change of mind. Damage and errors introduced by T6 are covered. Email t6designco@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of delivery or pickup with your order number or proof of purchase, a description, and clear photos. After verified damage, you keep the item and do not pay return shipping. We review replacement or refund options case by case. See our returns policy for approved artwork, earlier order promises, and your rights. Read the full returns policy.
When should I start a Christmas order?
Early is best for personalized work. Share your gift ideas, quantity, and deadline so T6 can confirm options and timing before production.
Can I order gifts for a team or business?
Yes. T6 reviews holiday gifts for schools, teams, booster clubs, businesses, and local shops. Include your quantity, artwork, and deadline in your request.
Is local pickup available?
T6 is based in Yukon, Oklahoma, with local pickup and nationwide shipping available. Confirm the right option when you discuss your order.
How does personalization work?
Choose a product and share the names, design ideas, and any special details. T6 reviews the request and confirms the build direction and pricing with you.
