What is the Heritage 13?
The Heritage 13 is our Betsy Ross-inspired handcrafted wooden American flag challenge coin display. It measures approximately 20x30 inches and features a full-color red, white, and blue flag design with 13 laser-cut stars in the historic circle pattern. It's built by hand in Yukon, Oklahoma.
How many challenge coins does it hold?
The Heritage 13 (20x30) holds approximately 70 to 80 standard-sized challenge coins on its display shelves.
How long does production take?
Current in-stock Legacy Series displays ship in approximately 1-2 business days. Custom request builds are quoted separately and usually take about 1-2 weeks once the design is confirmed.
What customization options are available?
Direct customization options are not live on the product listings yet. If you need a colored stripe, badge or emblem, LED lighting, engraving, or a special theme, use the custom request form and we'll quote it before building.
What size are the displays?
The Heritage 13 is approximately 20 inches tall by 30 inches wide. It's designed to hang on a wall and ships ready to display.
What's the base price?
The planned Legacy Standard starts at USD 325. Current in-stock displays may vary by finish, torch work, color, lighting, and availability.
Is it really handmade in the USA?
Yes. Every display is built by hand in Yukon, Oklahoma. No factory, no mass production. Each piece is torched, assembled, and finished individually.
What wood and finish do you use?
We use a torched/pyrography technique on wood to create the distinctive dark, charred stripe pattern. The stars are laser-cut and the finish is sealed to protect the wood and preserve the look long-term.
Can you make one for fire, police, EMS, or military?
Yes. We can quote builds for fire, police, EMS, military, department, business, or family themes. Reach out through the custom request form with your specific details.
Do you support department or group orders?
Yes. We handle department runs, promotion gifts, retirement orders, awards, signs, and business gifts. Group orders can include individual recipient personalization. Reach out through the custom project form or contact page to start a conversation.
How do I hang it?
The display ships with hardware for wall mounting. It's designed to hang level on a standard wall using a cleat or keyhole mount.
Do you ship outside Oklahoma?
Yes. We ship nationwide, and every Legacy Series display ships FREE. Smaller items ship at a flat standard rate calculated at checkout.
What happens if my display arrives damaged?
We build these by hand and ship them with real insurance, not just a carrier's fine print. If your display arrives damaged, email photos of the item and the packaging to orders@t6designco.online within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You're never the one filing a claim with the carrier. Just send us photos and we take it from there.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
No. These ship with standard delivery and no signature required, so you don't have to plan your day around being home.
What is your return policy?
Because every display is made to order and often personalized, all sales are final. If there is a defect or damage in shipping, contact us and we'll make it right.
How do I order a custom display?
Use the Custom Projects form on the site. Share your dimensions, theme, coin count, personalization details, and deadline, and we'll respond with a quote.
Can I see more photos before ordering?

Is this a good retirement or promotion gift?
Yes. Legacy Series displays are especially popular for retirements, promotions, military service gifts, first responder gifts, Father's Day, and group gifts from departments, units, friends, or family.
Do I need to know all the custom details before reaching out?
No. If you have an idea, deadline, branch, department, business, or occasion in mind, we can help guide the rest. Just reach out through the custom project form and we'll take it from there.
Can I ship it as a gift directly to someone?
Yes. Let us know it's a gift when you order and we can ship directly to the recipient. Just include their address at checkout or in your custom order request.
