The Heritage 13 is our Betsy Ross-inspired handcrafted wooden American flag challenge coin display. It measures approximately 20x30 inches and features a full-color red, white, and blue flag design with 13 laser-cut stars in the historic circle pattern. It's built by hand in Yukon, Oklahoma.

The Heritage 13 (20x30) holds approximately 70 to 80 standard-sized challenge coins on its display shelves.

Current in-stock Legacy Series displays ship in approximately 1-2 business days. Custom request builds are quoted separately and usually take about 1-2 weeks once the design is confirmed.

Direct customization options are not live on the product listings yet. If you need a colored stripe, badge or emblem, LED lighting, engraving, or a special theme, use the custom request form and we'll quote it before building.

The Heritage 13 is approximately 20 inches tall by 30 inches wide. It's designed to hang on a wall and ships ready to display.

The basic black, non burned display starts at $250 for the item. Red, white and blue displays start at $275. A colored stripe or emblem adds $25 each where applicable. Confirm the eligible size and design in your quote. Other sizes and finishes are quoted separately.

Yes. Every display is built by hand in Yukon, Oklahoma. No factory, no mass production. Each piece is assembled and finished individually.

Torch burned designs use a torched/pyrography technique on wood to create the distinctive dark, charred stripe pattern. The basic black, non burned and painted designs have different finishes. Confirm the materials and finish for your design in the quote.

Yes. We can quote builds for fire, police, EMS, military, department, business, or family themes. Reach out through the custom request form with your specific details.

Yes. We handle department runs, promotion gifts, retirement orders, awards, signs, and business gifts. Group orders can include individual recipient personalization. Reach out through the custom project form or contact page to start a conversation.

The display ships with hardware for wall mounting. It's designed to hang level on a standard wall using a cleat or keyhole mount.

Yes. Yukon pickup is free. Display shipping and handling are quoted separately after your destination is known and included in the final total you approve before balance payment. Smaller items use the standard shipping rate shown at checkout.

All sales are final, including custom and personalized orders. We do not accept returns or offer refunds because you change your mind. Damage and errors introduced by T6 are handled as described below.

Email t6designco@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of delivery or pickup if your item is damaged or has a misspelling or other production error introduced by T6. Include your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and the issue.

Please photograph shipping damage as soon as you notice it, including the item, box, and packing materials. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. Prompt photos help us understand what happened, but the reporting window is still 30 calendar days from delivery or pickup.

Once damage is verified, you keep the item. You do not need to return it or pay return shipping. T6 will review the situation and decide on a replacement or refund case by case. Email us first so we can agree on the next step.

If T6 introduces a misspelling or another production error, it is covered by this policy. Report it within 30 calendar days of delivery or pickup with your order number or proof of purchase, a description, and clear photos. We will review the issue and decide on a replacement or refund case by case.

Please check names, dates, spelling, and layout before approving artwork. If the finished item matches the artwork you approved and you missed a typo, a free replacement or refund is not automatic. Contact us to discuss a correction. We will agree on any cost with you before doing the work.

If a refund is approved, we will email you the approved amount and process it to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.

We will honor any earlier promise made for your order. This policy does not take away a replacement, refund, or other commitment already made to you.

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

No. These ship with standard delivery and no signature required, so you don't have to plan your day around being home.
